- Excludes replacements parts & labour not withstanding any outstanding warranty in place.

2. Advanced Service Contract includes:

- A tailored number of preventative maintenance calls per annum 1, 2, or 4.

- Guaranteed 4 hour response to a reactive client request call 24/7.

- Excludes replacement parts not withstanding any outstanding warranty in place.

- Includes labour costs.

3. Premier Service Contract includes:

- A tailored number of preventative maintenance calls per annum 1, 2, or 4.

- Guaranteed 4 hour response to a reactive client request call 24/7.

- Includes replacements parts & labour not withstanding any outstanding warranty in place.

Note: Exclusions: Storm / Accidental / Malicious damage to any parts of the contracted system
